When furniture comes back to us
Condition assessment
Every returned item is photographed and logged against its original condition record. Damage, wear, and cleanliness are noted before anything is moved to storage or cleaned.
Structural integrity check
Frames, joints, legs, and hardware are inspected for wobbling, cracks, or loose fittings. Any structural issue is flagged for repair before the piece re-enters our inventory.
Stain & Odor assessment
Upholstery, mattresses, and fabric surfaces are checked for staining and odors that require specialist treatment before standard cleaning begins.
What we do before every rental
Mattress deep-cleaning
All mattresses are hot-steam sanitized to eliminate bacteria, dust mites, and allergens. We treat stains and deodorize before encasing each mattress in a fresh protective cover.
Surface cleaning & polishing
Wood, metal, glass, and laminate surfaces are wiped down, polished, and treated with appropriate protective agents to restore their original finish.
Upholstery steam treatment
Sofas, chairs, headboards, and cushioned surfaces are steam-cleaned and fabric-refreshed to remove allergens, odors, and surface-level soiling.
Cosmetic touch-ups & repairs
Scuffs, scratches, chips, and minor surface damage are retouched by our team using matched finishes and fillers — so every piece looks presentable and cared-for.
Hardware & mechanism servicing
Drawer runners, sofa legs, bed slats, adjustable parts, and any moving components are tightened, lubricated, or replaced as needed.
