This rental agreement establishes the terms between Bedr and the renter for the use of furnishings and related services. By accepting these terms, you agree to rent items in good condition and return them within the specified timeframe. The rental period begins on the date specified in your order confirmation and ends on the agreed return date. Any extension of the rental period must be requested and approved in writing before the original return date.

Rental payments are due in full at the time of order placement unless alternative arrangements have been made. Late fees will be assessed for items not returned by the agreed date at the rate specified in your rental agreement. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. You are responsible for the safekeeping of all rented items during the rental period.

Items must be returned clean and in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted. Bedr reserves the right to inspect returned items and assess any damage or excessive soiling. If items are damaged due to negligence or misuse, repair or replacement costs will be charged to your account. Lost items will be charged at full replacement value.

You agree to use the rented items only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all manufacturer guidelines. Items may not be subleted, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from Bedr. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of your rental agreement and forfeiture of rental fees.

Bedr is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of rented items. You assume all risk associated with the use and possession of the furnishings. This agreement is binding and supersedes any previous agreements or understandings between the parties.
