Here’s how it works before, during, and after delivery.
Choose the furniture setup that fits your space and stay
Start by browsing our furniture bundles and add ons across bedroom, living room, dining, and home office. You can choose a full room setup, add individual pieces, and select the rental term that makes the most sense for your stay.
Before submitting anything, check the product dimensions and measure your space, doorways, elevators, and hallways. It saves everyone a headache later and helps make sure the pieces you choose can actually make it into your home.
Submit your rental request before paying anything
Once your setup looks right, you’ll submit your rental request with the important details we need to review it properly. That includes your contact information, GTA delivery address, valid ID, delivery notes, and two preferred delivery date and time options.
You’ll also see an estimated order summary while building your request, so you know what the monthly pricing looks like before anything is confirmed. No payment happens at this stage. This first step is about getting the full picture so we can review it properly.
We review your request before confirming the order
After your request comes in, our team reviews it manually. We check the delivery address, service area, selected furniture, rental term, access notes, preferred timing, and anything else that could affect the setup.
If everything looks good, we email you the next steps. You’ll be able to book your delivery through our calendar and pay your first month to secure the order. If something needs adjusting, we’ll reach out before confirming anything so the order does not move forward with avoidable issues.
Your furniture arrives ready to use, then leaves when you’re done
Once your order is secured, we deliver, assemble, and place the furniture in your home. The goal is not to drop off boxes and disappear. It should feel like your space is actually coming together.
Your rental term starts on the delivery date. Your next monthly payment happens one month after delivery and continues based on the term you selected. When your rental is coming to an end, we’ll contact you ahead of collection to confirm the pickup date and time slot.
